Brella

How it works

Tool reference

Every tool the connector offers, grouped the way the workspace is. Generated from the connector's own registry, so it cannot describe a tool that is not there.

How to read this#

Each row is one tool: the name Claude calls, what it does, and which of the three kinds it belongs to. You never type these names — Claude picks the tool, and this is what it can pick from. Each is an action the workspace’s own screens already perform, authorised the same way.

Read

Looks and changes nothing. Runs without asking.

Changes

Edits the agency’s own record, under Claude’s normal approval.

Asks first

A policyholder would see it, or it can’t be undone. Claude asks you every time.

102 tools in 12 areas — 30 read, 38 change the record, 34 ask first. What the three kinds mean, and how your client is told which is which, is on permissions and approval.

Generated, not written

This list is produced from the connector’s own tool registry. A tool added, renamed or re-tiered in Brella OS changes this page; a test fails while the two disagree.
