The run, step by step:
- You: Get Magnolia Kitchen ready to send to carriers.
- Found BRL-N526DE · Magnolia Kitchen & Oyster Bar (search_policies)
- 5 facts are blank on the ACORD 140 and the SOV (get_readiness)
- Resolved 2217 Strand St, Galveston TX 77550 (lookup_address)
- Public record joisted masonry · 7,800 sq ft · built 1895 · sprinklered (lookup_property)
- Wrote 4 facts to the main building (update_building)
- Claude: One fact only you know: when was the roof last replaced?
- You: 2018
- Wrote roof last updated: 2018 (update_building)
- Generated ACORD 125, 126, 140 and the SOV (generate_acords and generate_sov)
- Claude: Ready to send. The building facts came from the public record, the roof year from you. Nothing went to the insured.
Ask for the job, not the tool.
Five of these ship inside the connector — in Claude, open the + menu, choose Brella OS and pick one. The rest are sentences you type. Each names a policy in the demo book; on yours, name your own.

You have eleven things and four of them are real. Two renewals inside 60 days, a claim nobody has touched in nine days, and the advisory on Hill Country Office Plaza that is still unanswered for this term. Your reminder about the Strand Street inspection is due at 09:00. Nothing changed — say which one and I will start.

Nine boxes would have gone out blank. Seven I filled from the record and the public register — construction, area, year built, sprinklers — and each one says where it came from. Two are yours: the roof year, and the business income limit. I do not estimate a limit, a value, a date or a class code. Shall I generate the 125, the 140 and the Schedule of Values on what we have?

Since last term: one location added, two claims closed, one still open at $18,000 reserved. Flood was declined last year and has not been re-asked for this one — the duty runs with the term, so it needs offering again. Ask them for updated values and the current loss runs. I have drafted the note and three reminders; the note goes nowhere until you send it.

Greenway want additional insured and primary and non-contributory. The endorsement on file, CG 20 11 04 13, backs the additional insured. Nothing on the policy backs primary and non-contributory, so the certificate would show it as their request and not as cover. Here is exactly what it will say. Issuing is outward and cannot be recalled, so I will ask you before it goes.

Four coverages are unanswered for this term and two declines have nothing signed against them — one of those, the UM/UIM rejection, commonly needs a signed rejection. Here is what I would record for each, in the insured’s own words where the file has them. Recording is yours to approve, and publishing the confirming letter reaches the insured, so I will ask before either.

That address resolved to one: 2217 Strand St, Galveston TX 77550. The public record gave me joisted masonry, 7,800 sq ft, built 1895 and sprinklered, and I wrote those four to the main building — they were the four that were blank. The roof year is not in the record, so it is still empty and only you or the insured can fill it.

Three loss runs on the policy, five years between them. Four claims, $61,400 incurred, one open at $18,000 reserved — the 2024 water loss from the upstairs unit. Frequency is flat; severity is one event, not a pattern. Here is the summary, and the sentence I would put in the submission about what changed after it.

Set for Thursday 09:00, your time zone, on Magnolia Kitchen & Oyster Bar. It will ring in your Brella OS bell that morning. It is yours — nobody else at the agency sees it, and the insured never does.

PlaceholderConnect in three steps.
You need a Brella OS login at an agency — Owner, Manager or User. Brella OS is invitation-only, and platform-staff and policyholder accounts can’t connect.
Add Brella OS where you use Claude.
Claude on the web and in the desktop app. Add it once and it works in the Claude mobile apps too.
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors (Customize → Connectors on some plans) and choose Add custom connector.
Name it Brella OS and paste the address:

Choose Add, then Connect. Brella OS opens in your browser for you to sign in.

Sign-in is OAuth 2.1, with your Brella OS login, in your browser. A client that registers itself or publishes a client ID metadata document needs no client ID from us.
Sign in, and choose what Claude may do.
Your browser opens Brella OS. Sign in the way you always do — Claude never sees your password, and if you didn’t start this, cancel.
The consent page then asks which agency workspace this is for — one per connection, so to work in another you connect again and pick it — and whether Claude may only read your book or also get work done. Choose Allow access, and you’re back in Claude.
